At Kyte Baby, we want you and your little ones to love our bamboo products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all sale items marked as clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original condition and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
